Hiring 22,000 Border Patrol Agents

The second FY24 appropriations package that was just signed into law funds the hiring of 22,000 new border patrol agents. That's in-line with what would be provided in H.R. 2, the Secure the Border Act which the House passed last May. With border crossings at record highs, our border patrol is understaffed and overwhelmed. Do you support the hiring of additional border patrol agents to help secure our southern border?
