Alvin Bragg's Political Prosecutions are a Miscarriage of Justice

The jury in the Daniel Penny case righted a terrible wrong. Daniel Penny is a war hero who sought to protect strangers, yet District Attorney Alvin Bragg prosecuted him for sheer politics. Alvin Bragg has let partisan politics seep into every aspect of his job – from the political prosecutions of Daniel Penny, Jose Alba, and Donald Trump to the refusal to prosecute the actual criminals running amuck in New York City. It has to stop.
